Our Spoken English Program helps students improve fluency, vocabulary, and confidence in communication. Through practical sessions on pronunciation, sentence formation, and everyday conversation, participants develop the skills needed to express themselves clearly and succeed in professional settings.
Our Life Skills Program equips students and young professionals with essential abilities to handle real-life challenges confidently. Through interactive, learn-by-doing activities, participants develop communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills — fostering overall personal growth and readiness for career success.
Our Career Guidance Program helps students explore diverse career paths and make informed choices based on their strengths, interests, and goals. Through self-awareness activities and expert counselling, we guide students in identifying the right career direction. Separate modules are designed for grades 9–10 and 1st–2nd PU students, ensuring focused guidance for every stage.
Our Teacher Empowerment Program helps educators rediscover their role as mentors and changemakers. Through interactive workshops, we enhance their ability to identify each student’s potential, adapt to individual learning needs, and create meaningful, impactful classroom experiences that inspire lifelong growth.
We work with students who do not have the privilege of accessing computers and hence we have designed this programme to equip them with the knowledge of basic computer usage. This structure of this programme facilitates exposure to simple computer operations, email usage and furthermore, attempts to introduce them to the world of MS- Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Many of our students endure difficult relationships and circumstances in their lives. To face their day to day life, they need to be capable of managing their emotions and responding appropriately.
We start with helping them to identify their emotions, continue with recognising how they respond to those emotions and using techniques like group therapy, empathy, conflict management and other such impactful tools, we guide them on measures to reduce stress and help them be positively engaged in their life.
This is our programme for uneducated youth and school drop outs. Our endeavour is to work with them to instil the thought that despite their difficult situations in life, they can aspire, achieve and accomplish their desires. Our workshops transform into safe havens for them to express themselves without fear. Through our activities we make them feel worthy, appreciated and safe. Our ultimate aim is to germinate a genuine desire for improvement.
Quintessential to making a mark in the career of your choice, mastery over soft skills is essential for anyone foraying into the corporate world. Leadership skills, Teamwork, Effective Communication, Negotiation, Business Etiquette and some others are among the soft skills that we have in our programme bouquet. With this programme we reach out to students who are in the final year of their studies or have just completed their education.
The Creating Futures’ Whole School Development program is focused on the concept of ‘sustainability’. Starting early in the lifecycle, we target the educational institutions through whom the young adults start their learning journeys. We look at the holistic development of the school with the school management, teachers, parents and other community members collaborating to lay the foundation for a wholesome educational upbringing of the students.
Living responsibly and Self Responsibility is the key driver. This is a programme with a difference. We set the students on a path of exploration. We encourage them to look within and map their journey of life. In the process, they stumble upon their obstacles, appreciate their achievements and while doing so, identify their unique strengths and capabilities that have helped them to sustain and survive. We guide them in using this insightful information while making decisions and thus enabling them in living life responsibly and purposefully.
