Creating Futures is a non-profit and non-government organization aiming to create employment opportunities. We do this by focusing in four areas
School Development
We work with schools to improve the overall learning environment and educational outcomes. Our initiatives include teacher training, life-skills education, Career Guidance, STEM, digital literacy, Academic assistance and infrastructure support. By nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in students, we aim to build a strong foundation for their future success.
Youth Development
We engage with young people to help them realize their potential and prepare them for the world of work. Through leadership programs, soft-skills training, mentoring, and personality development and counselling, we enable youth to become confident, responsible, and employable citizens contributing positively to the society
Employability Programs
We bridge the gap between education and employment by providing skill-based training aligned with industry needs. Our programs combine technical skills, communication, and workplace readiness, ensuring participants are job-ready and equipped for long-term career growth.
Women Empowerment
We empower women through vocational skill trainings, livelihood initiatives, self-development, and life-skills training. By creating opportunities for financial independence and community leadership, we support women to become agents of change in their families and communities
