Creating Futures is a Bengaluru-based non-profit organization (80G & 12A certified) founded in 2013. We believe that “every individual has a diamond within them” — and through the right skills and opportunities, that brilliance can shine. Our mission is to empower children, youth, and women through skill development and employment-oriented programs that build confidence, employability, and self-reliance.
With the support of a dedicated team, hundreds of volunteers, and interns, we collaborate with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporates to create lasting impact. Our vision is to equip individuals with the right skills to lead meaningful and sustainable lives.
Beyond skill development, Creating Futures also focuses on community development initiatives, believing that true progress happens when communities grow, thrive, and support one another.
Every year, millions of students graduate, yet many remain unemployed. The lack of job-ready skills leaves them unprepared for real-world opportunities.

Creating Futures was born out of the need to bridge the gap between education, employability, and employment. We focus on providing non-academic, technical, vocational, and soft-skill training, while also nurturing the socio-emotional development of each beneficiary. Through these programs, we help individuals build confidence, self-esteem, and the skills needed to secure meaningful employment and achieve self-reliance. Our Skill Development Centres offer tailored programs for children, youth, and women — empowering communities, fostering independence, and truly creating brighter futures.

We believe in the unique potential of every individual. Like an uncut rough stone, this potential
lies waiting to be unearthed and when cleaned, cut and polished, reveals the brilliance of the diamond within.
This uncovering process is what we, at Creating Futures enable. We guide our students through this
exploratory process and help polish their skills, and bring forth the diamond within. Depicting this self-discovery is the sparkling diamond that is subtly hidden in our logo.
Once the potential is revealed, a hitherto nondescript person now has new founded belief in
themselves and their abilities. A new identity is shaped and a confident individual is moulded.
Our logo shows a hand placing the letter ‘A’ in the word ‘Creating’, implying that we enable the
creation of a new confident individual who steadfastly believes in their abilities and can standup
for themselves.
